Refund policy

Personalised items: every shirt is personalised and made to order, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including wrong size choices. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.

Faulty items or our mistakes: if your shirt arrives faulty, damaged, or not as you ordered it, email hello@fifisleavershirts.com with your order number and a photo. We'll remake it or give you a full refund.

Changes and cancellations: you can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us with your order number. After 24 hours your shirt goes into production and can't be changed or cancelled.

Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
